Rates - Rates are applicable to booking time only; all usage must be negotiated through the agency. Preparation time, make-up and hair dressing full time fee.
DEFINITE BOOKING
Hourly Booking - 1 hour minimum at model's hourly fee; length of the job must be specified at time of booking.
Day Booking - Day bookings are computed on an eight consecutive hour day basis between 9 am and 530 pm / unless arrangements have been negotiated with agency.
Over-Time Rates - Over-time rates are time and one half and apply before 9 am and after 530 pm and also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays unless negotiations have been made with the agency.
Fitting & Wardrobe - A full rate wil apply with 1/2 hour minimum.
Travel Time - Will be charged at full fee.
Rehersal Time - A full negotiated rate.
Lingerie & Underwear - Bras, pantyhose, brief, transparent, or transparent articles, as well as men's shorts and briefs, are double rate. One hour minimum. Agency must check with model before accepting any lingerie booking.
TENTATIVE BOOKING
If tentative booking is not released or confirmed within 48 hours of request, the agency reserves the right to cancel and allow secondary bookings to take precedence.
Experimental, Spec. Job, Test Shooting - Photographers may not use pictures unless specifically cleared by the agency prior to the shooting, models may not sign releases for test shootings.
Video and Film - All bookings involving video and motion picture filmmust be negotiated seperately in advance.
Electronic Media & Internet Use - Are subject to negotiation prior to booking.
Product Bookings - Are subject to prior negotiation with the agency. Consumer product packages, posters, billboards, point of purchase, display or the use of the model's name must be specifically cleared with the agancy.
Cancellations - Cancellation of definite bookings within five working days prior to booking is half fee. Cancellations within three working days prior to booking is full fee. Cancellation of trips or full week bookings must be made one week prior to booking otherwise full fee will be charged.
Weather Permits - Same day cancellation at half fee if rebooked within three days (unless model arrives at the booking through the client's failure to cancel in time, where upon full fee will be charged). Second cancellation at full fee.
Service Charge - There is an agency service fee of 20%. A finance charge of 2% will be applied to all services not paid within thirty days. A $15.00 late fee will apply to each invoice for every thirty days past due.
